Generally, transactions are conducted smoothly on UP Mineral Mart. However, there may be some cases where both the consumers and supplier may face issues. At UP Mineral Mart, we have a Disputes Resolution process between consumers and suppliers.

It is important that before a Consumer/Supplier raises a dispute, they should attempt to resolve the issue. Please note that whenever a consumer raises a dispute, the Supplier's payment for that order is put on hold until the issue is resolved.

Ans.1. 'Dispute' can be defined as a disagreement between a consumer and a supplier in connection with a transaction on the Portal.

Ans.2. Disputes are filed as a result of a disagreement between the consumer and the supplier. Disputes arise out of an issue that is raised by either party not being completely satisfied with the resolution of their complaint/issue.

Ans.3. Whenever there is a disagreement, the consumer can raise a ticket on UP Mineral Mart or write us at support@upmineralmart.com , while the Supplier can also raise a ticket or write a mail, in order to raise a dispute.

Ans.4. Following are the indicative examples of potential disputes:

1. Mineral quality not received as expected

2. Less quantity received as per order

In case a consumer raises a dispute, then UP Mineral Mart will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both parties. If the dispute is resolved in favour of the consumer, a refund is provided. If the dispute is settled in favour of the supplier, consumer is not entitled to any refund.
